Lithops karasmontana
This has been the tenth day for the flower- and I suppose it will be the last.
And yes, today the flower didn't open.- el48tel

Re: Lithops karasmontana
beautiful none-the-less
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.

Very nice. Mine has decided not to flower this year - but it did produce an extra leaf.

Re: Lithops karasmontana
Coincidence! I was just admiring the L. karasmontana flowers today. Late flowers and lack of November sunshine here means they don't always get the credit they should. Subspecies bella, as if it matters under all those flowers. Subspecies karasmontana runs even later, just getting started at the top of the frame.

This was my karasmontana Bella in flower on 24 October - but still no sign of buds on the karasmontana species.

Re: Lithops karasmontana
My karasmontanas are winding down. I have a few optica and Dinteranthus in bloom right now, so I know the show will be over soon...
