As you are aware the Society’s Show Committee is in the process of organising the next National Show, we are aware that some exhibitors/stewards and visitors may be travelling long distances to attend this event.

We have therefore negotiated with the on site hotel Double Tree by Hilton a delegate booking rate of £75 Bed & Breakfast for a standard Hilton Double room for Single or Double occupancy Inc. VAT for anyone that wishes to stay overnight on either the Friday or Saturday.

You will need to book and pay for your own accommodation using a unique code Guests will need to quote the code GCACT if booking with the hotel directly or alternatively they can use the link below to book.

Premier Inn nearby was £59 inclusive for both nights, Thursday & Friday, when I booked, £90 saved but mine didn't include breakfast.

Is that Furzton lake ?, its a nice place as you can have dinner & go for a stroll n feed the ducks.

Hi Tina, That's the one, price has gone up to £86 now for the two days, I'd have thought that Thursday & Friday night would be better than Friday & Saturday night for most, particularly for nurseries and exhibitors. There's a 'Hungry Horse' pub next door. There's other Premier Inns nearby but that's the only one with free parking.

it wasn't me but Bill Darbon who organised the deal, it is not the cheapest place to stay ( as Stuart mentioned) but is the most convenient as its a few minutes walk from the hotel to the Arena.
If you want early plant shopping enter some plants on Friday & you get a quick shop of the sale stands & Free entry to the National with NO queing, if all the stands are set up by then.
Also keep your membership card as you get reduced entry fee to the National.

I just booked for the Friday night. Booking.com cost £49 inc breakfast. Cheaper than the £75 offer if booking direct!

The Hilton offers the BCSS a 'concessionary' rate of £75 then sells the same room for £49 on booking.com. Well done Al for using YCS (Yorkshire Common Sense). I'm impressed.
