Did you really sneak that plant into class 11 (Delosperma group) and get it placed, even though it is actually Drosanthemum eburneum?

OOOPs!

HEHEHEHEHE!

Now that's an achievement.;)

Hadn't noticed when I put it out and there had been a bit of a mix up with my entry cards.
It should have been in class 18 with my Lampranthus. It looks like nobody noticed!

But even you can share in this achievement seeing as some of it went home with you:gl:

The plant in the black square pot, with the pink card? There are larger Gibbs not a million miles from here ;)

And I spy two very well-known Forum members

Listen folks, this man has achieved a 5-headed Lithops viridis (by far the most difficult sp) IN BUD, despite this worst-ever summer season, NORTH OF THE BORDER...

The plant in the black square pot is Gibbaeum nebrownii. I liked it. Derek liked it. I think the confusion here is why the yellow "best in show" card is not next to it :)

There were bigger Gibbaeums at the show. The white plant directly behind it is a good example although the shrubby look doesn't really do it for me.

If I ever get a flower on L. viridis, I'll have to send it north of the border to see Brian. Getting two going at once in my own greenhouse might be asking too much!

still having trouble with the zip on those jeans then iann

some really nice plants there (tu) i must admit i'm getting the odd one or two without spines recently.........mainly lithops because they are cheap, readily available at the local garden centres and survive full afternoon sun on the top shelf in the greenhouse.
