ensalada chilena ("chilean salad" = tomato+onion)
ensalada papasmayo (salad cooked patatoe+mayonese)

in this trip we learn a lot of Copiapoas; but also we shared experiencies of other plants from their different countries... it was like like pieces of the world ¡in my country!

I hope that you can come again Trevor.
