I think they are quite strong plants, i have a few seedlings with very little amount of roots (if we count them as roots 😅) , somehow they manage to survive.

Some Eriosyce species

They are all grown from seeds and nearly 5 years old plants and one of them flower for the first time this year. I lost the labels and i dont know which is which. :roll:
They are odieri, napina and their ssp.

My all Frailea species only produce seedpods.
What makes them to flower?
I keep my plants indoors.

This is one of my favourite Escobaria, very dense spines and red flowers suit well with these spines.
