Rhipsalis in flower

Hello All

Much to my surprise I found my Rhipsalis (variety unknown) in flower this morning. There are half a dozen buds around the other side.

It was rooted from a tiny cutting a couple of years ago, and has spent this winter indoors rather than in the cool greenhouse.

Re: Identify this white coating on my Euphorbia?

This is the same Euphorbia Globosa that caught mildew. I washed it and cut back all its top growth.

I think it's made a good recovery!

Help to identify this plant

Hello All

I don't think this qualifies as a succulent, but can anyone identify this plant?

Many thanks for any help you can give me.

Re: Stephania Erecta coming to life

Hello All

My Stephania Erecta has done well, producing a single shoot and lots of leaves. It's also produced lots to small black seeds, which I'll try to germinate.

Stephania Erecta coming to life

Hello All

My Stephania Erecta is showing signs of life, from a rootless, shootless ball. You may just be able to see the starts of two shoots from the top.

I don't know whether any roots have formed yet.

Re: Lithops trying to Flower

A few days on a south-facing window sill has made all the difference.

Re: Lithops trying to Flower

Many thanks, Rod.

I have a good position indoors and I'll bring them in and see if they open.

Lithops trying to Flower

Hello All

Some of my Lithops plants have been trying to flower for the past few weeks, see the photo.

I guess the reducing amount of sunshine at this time of the year means they're not quite going to make it.
