Is this a gymnocalycium,if so which one,if not what is it,Lee

Question 1-Is this a Harrisia Teracantha,if not what is it please.
Question 2-Is the cactus under stress and that why it is turning red.
Question 3-Is the red do much sun and needs more shade and will it recover to green again.

Can some tell what kind of cactus is this please,is it a Tephrocactus alexanderi ?,thanks Lee
