No, not a Gasteraloe, the chunky, pointed and elongated triangular leaves point to it being a Haworthiopsis. The long thin flower spike looks typical for that genus too.

However much I look at these Aeonium x Sempervivun hybrids, and I’m not paying £45 for a small single head, I can’t see any sign of Sempervivum in them. Really interesting topic. Time will tell whether your Aristaloe x polyphylla hybrids are what you hope JoelR. There is quite a bit of variability with Aristaloe clones currently available and it probably has more to offer without hybridisation if someone could initiate a breeding program. Would you ...
