Interesting bcss.org.uk takes me to different pages in different browser sometimes cwl sometimes Society.
I will have a look at the redirects tonight as nothing should take you to cwl page anyway.

Re: Website Home Page is "Broken"
4 different devices and ww.bcss.org.uk takes me to the society.bcss.org.uk homepage, not sure what emergency change you are talking about nothing has been changed barely had time to get all the header images changed let alone anything else but assume you need to clear cache or something.

Re: EU Plant Passport Scheme

Re: EU Plant Passport Scheme
There is nothing in the EU regulations about pot size, so not sure where that has come from. And there was no grace period agreed according to the NFU as they made representation as well.

Re: EU Plant Passport Scheme
Something else to note. When does a hobby become a business. There is actualy a definite line, the trading allowance this allows startups and hobbyists to turnover up to a £1000 per annum, before needing to register for self employment etc. This excludes income from employment or partnerships but co...

Re: EU Plant Passport Scheme
Just a quick update, APHA have said that the DEFRA policy unit advised them that the rules on distance selling were to be applied to all distance selling without exception, they are now consulting with them again over the application of the rules on distance selling to amateur growers.
