Hi Tina ; Both look familiar :wink: The first plant could be Neoporteria ( Eriosyce ) chilensis, but to be honest, it looks more like an Acanthocalycium to me. :eek: the second one is slightly more difficult with it being grafted ( is that how it would look on its own roots ?) The gentleman in question was very passionate about his plants and good luck to him, whether or not you need that many plants with so few species on display

Looks like you have 3 plants in the one pot
As Stuart says, it is what used to be called F. electracanthus. Now thought to be one of the many forms of Ferocactus histrix.

I think it is C. spinosior, but the hybrid C. X kelvinensis does look similar.

Personally, I would not. never found fischeri a problem to flower.

The first one is certainly an Eulychnia, but without going out to the greenhouse in the morning and checking,. I would say a very dry E. castanea.
The second one as Mike says is A. subulata

taltalensis ssp. paucicostata does have white flowers so that is a possible.
