The spines are much softer than those on Weingartias (sensu strictu) too.
It's not branching (like a Weingartia s.s.)
and it's staying small (like a Cintia).

I finally found my plant of FR1115. Here's a picture of it, not flowering, but as you can see, the body is a perfect match for the Abbey Brook plant.

Apologies for the dreadful lack of focus on the pic. I was in a hurry when I took it.

So, here's something for you folk to puzzle over: what's this? It was sold to me by some overexcited Russian chap at ELK as a "new Cintia".
