That looks like Cleistocactus brookeae , not Hildewinteria aureispina (= C. winteri ). Agreed, the flower does, but Cleistocactus brookeae is erect, not lax. I echo Michiel - that is a really nice looking seedling, so you've clearly done well with it. Very jealous - one of my favorite genera, but you can't find a hint of many of the species in the states.

Corryocactus erectus seems to be quite variable, even in habitat. I have clones of that species from habitat that match the spination on your exactly.
