I'm the same as Chris and it works well for me.
Succulents only stay in the bag until I feel no more will germinate - say 14 days after the first have germinated and then out of the bag they come!

I grew Mitrophyllums from seed from the African Succulent Plant Society donkeys years ago and they never flowered.
I donated the plants to Kew a couple of years ago.
