... grown some cacti from seed, some Cycads (Dioon and Cycas species - I just love how they unroll their feathery leaves) and baobabs (I've worked in Africa for some time, love those trees, so just tried some seeds), and a bunch of Aloe polyphylla. Tried a few years and usually had 1-3 plants out of 10 ...

Re: africa-seeds.com
I had a unhappy shopping experience in this seeds store, they sent me false seeds. I bought some Ceropegia seeds, but the seeds they sent were round, it does't conform the fact that the Ceropegia seeds should be flat. Most of all, there is no germination in their seeds.

... any experience with this seed company. The plant vellozia gigantea seems to have a very similar growth form to some of the aloedendron's from southern africa. Yuka and Dracaena amongst others, all lillyacea . It's incredible how these plants are formed by their environments .More convergent evolution.

Re: africa-seeds.com

Maybe that is what they were after and they will sell this information onwards to some people that like to scam and can use this sort of information when they pretend they are from ...

Re: africa-seeds.com
It seems really simple, low value items, not many will bother to fight for a few quids with a company from Africa (or Latvia). PayPal seems to be a way to go, and they probably refunded because of it.

Re: africa-seeds.com
I placed an order for Ceropegia seed, I was sceptical but paid via PayPal so knew I was covered. They provided a tracking number that wasn't recognised so I queried it and didn't get a reply. I left it a bit longer but then asked for a refund which they provided without having to make a claim ...

Re: africa-seeds.com
I looked at this site as they had seeds of a very rare Huernia I wanted, but if that was true I very much doubt it would be in stock, and most likely to be something quite different. I’ve also seen that they are scammers.
