I haven't bought any greenhouse kit for ages, but have always used Tibshelf - simple, cheap, perfectly serviceable.

Aluminium water trays - far from ideal - they corrode, maybe not as bad as iron/steel, but they corrode pretty quick. I also doubt that the corner seams are welded, so they will not hold water.
