poinsettia make lovely shrubs in the right climate. I was surprised when I first came across them in Laos, their are a few interesting cultivars with pink and multi colored leaves. Euphorbia have facinated me for quite a while. One of the first cactus and succulent books I owned was W. Haage . cacti and succulents. It has mostly black drawings though they are very accurate. I read an article about the native tribes that collect it for spiritual ceremony's. Where they have cut the heads off the plants grow many more from the tuberous root. I've got some badly marked plants and plan to use this method to save them. Haven't tried it yet , so don't blame me if it doesn't w...
