I had a look in Gordon Rowley's Teratopia book, but there are few flowers and nothing as weird as this. The leaves appear to be a pitcher-type deformity, but Rowley does not classify these together. Sempervivum 'Grigg's Surprise' and Echeveria 'Topsy Turvey' and even Crassula ovata 'Gollum' appear ...

Not sure that I have a "good" Euphorbia - flowers on this obesa not too bad but body is badly marked

It's a german product tho, so I'm not sure if it's available in the UK. I can try to find a link on german amazon, they should deliver to the UK as well. Crassula bakeri?

Label reads bakeri but looking at Mr Rowley's book he has it as a variety of grisea but example shown does not look like my plant. Best match I can find in the book is Crassula x marchandii
