The choice of Rebutia cintia was perhaps not the best. There is already a Rebutia knizei (part of the R. pygmaea group) and, as you say, there is a R. cinitensis which Hunt et al. refer to R. fiebrigii. The inclusion of Weingartia brings a Weingartia cintiensis which they reduce to Rebutia fidana ss...

It was in their advert in the journal (I been through this puzzle today - searching their website, searching the posts on here because I thought someone had mentioned it).
