Not quite enough sunlight here in GOC to get my few Mammillaria to fully open the flowers. I'm desperate to try out a photo technique for a particular project on which I'm working.

Just had another closer look. It seems like four/five flower buds emanating from and hiding a 5mm diameter offset. I will keep this thread updated if the plant changes.
