Ray, just standard mix of JI2 or 3, grit and moler granules. But that was when JI compost was decent stuff! The first one might be Gasteria batesiana, which is quite a choice species, if it is. Second one is probably the cultivar ‘Little warty’. Hopefully someone with more knowledge can confirm or otherwise.

It looks happy enough there, maybe needs a bit more time? Mine has quite a few offsets, but doesn’t like as good as yours!
