Are there any restrictions on bringing these things back into the country? I understand that you can bring 5 plants per person from the Canaries. http://www.rhs.org.uk/Gardening/Sustainable-gardening/pdfs/c_and_e_abroad They sell cacti at the airports too. Thanks for this! Cactus ID?

Just back from Lanzarote (photos of my trip another day!), I was wondering what this cactus is that I bought (without a label) at the Flower Power garden centre in Macher (worth a visit if you're in the area).

Hello from South Wales

I'm not really new but have been inactive on the forum for quite some time and now have a new username. I have been a member of BCSS for about 10 years but have been growing cacti (mostly Mexican ones) for a lot longer, and some succulents too - only limited by the size of my small greenhouse! :smile:
