It was fine for me watching on an IPhone 6 with the Zoom app. Could the platform that people are using make a difference?
If the viewers say what they used, good or bad, maybe there would be a pattern.

Re: Group planting haworthia
I’m never sure with names, haworthia names especially since there are so many hybrids. Ikea do deliver and collections if you don’t want to visit a store, I imagine covid loves Ikea :cac3: I meant to ask if you had any results from testing the different soils too? On a different thread you said you ...

Re: Group planting haworthia
Hi Mat, I think it is a ‘blue diamond’ if it’s the one on the right tray on my last picture? Is it the one 3 from the right and 3 from the bottom?
I haven’t got any spare lids sorry, when I water them i’ll Use the lids as a drip tray, and they aren’t very deep, just about 9mm

Re: Group planting haworthia
They were from Ikea:

There are a few different sizes available, pretty sturdy about 3mm thick. They come with a lid that could be used as a drip tray too.

Re: For anyone who enjoys monthly talks
Thank you Jerry.
If anyone else looks and thinks it's a bit strange there are no videos on their YouTube channel it's because they have their videos set as unlisted so if you search 'TCSS Meeting' on YouTube nothing shows up, you have to use the link from their website

Re: pure pumice?
Did you have problems growing cacti and succulent generes with pure pumice? I mean, South American generes need more acid PH substrate (more organic components). I'd be interested to know more about this too, I've seen it mentioned about North and South American cacti requiring different treatment ...

Re: Crassula 'Morgans Beauty'
As it's such a good one, do you have any tips you could share for looking after it please? If you use rain water/tap water, soil type (if you can remember, it's been a while lol) or anything else

Re: Finally made it
Do you know what types they are Ian?
For the purple one in the background of the first pic, would that one need some water? If I saw that by itself I'd be tempted to give it some but the others look pretty full
