Of course, if you use (acidified) tap water, then there is no need for a pump. Just let mains pressure send it down a garden hose to the greenhouse!

You very rarely see big, mature plants of this species. Not a beginners plant at all - a real challenge to grow well in my opinion.

Really? As far as I can see it is just a vine which grows in high rainfall areas with somewhat fleshy roots. I'm still rather dubious this qualifies as succulent!
However, I have to concede it is in the Encyclopedia of Succulent Plants...
