I expect Chris may well chip in, but conophytums are easy to propagate in their growing season from cuttings. Single heads or small groups of heads are likely to be easier than woody old stems at the base of larger clumps, I reckon.

It is basically for the members of the Chinese Cactus Union, as far as I can tell, and their invited guests. The DKG have signed a cooperation agreement with them, and are giving most of the talks. The Chinese Cactus Union have also asked the BCSS for such an agreement, but it has been with the BCSS...
