Have you got shares in a label company Colin? Mike, nope, but just trying to apply one of the BCSS's mission objectives, namely education. You're of course free to ignore my taxonomic updates but at least you've been informed. So why has the latest guide to shows not fixed some of the glari...

Re: Presidential pots
You can get some pretty good diamond coated drills off that auction site for drilling holes in glass and similar materials.

Re: June 2014 - Genus of the Month - Graptopetalum
The Graptoveria 'Heaven' looks rather like Graptopetalum 'Sliver Star'.
I think the common consensus these days is that Graptopetalum suaveolens is actually a Sedum.

Re: My first Echinopsis hybrid
Well done Sylvia, that's a really nice flower. Is it clumping up? I guess that is the other requirement for a really successful hybrid.
And now we can all be sure you really like pink - not just pink Rebutias!

All the best
Ralph

Re: More Stapeliads

Nice Lobivia hybrid. What are the parents? I'd guess L. arachnacantha is one of them.

Re: Crassula Alstonii - Tips Please
I find this is not the easiest plant. It can scorch if too hot, but doesn't like deep shade either. It's also pretty slow. So, I suggest dappled sun, and not to overdo the water. Most of my Crassulas get some water all year round.
