Darren, we had the same problem with the Evri lady, but when we told them we had cctv and clearly, she had not been, we got an apology, the friendly post lads come same time every day, but I cannot say the delivery service is quick.

Just let them dry off and place them on a very gritty compost, if they are big enough to have enough water in them to see the winter through, they will be fine.
If they are quite small and they might shrivel and dry out , spray them once a week.

They do like water in the winter, drying out is not good for any alpine plant.
