Plants and people are still amazing in Auckland, but things have changed over the 18 years I am living here. Unfortunately most of the true collectors don't show up at the Auckland show.

Hi, I think you ask a but too much. Blossfeldia betanzos Knize (KK2135) is a numen nudum. Blossfeldia liliputana (ssp.?) pedicellata v. tominensis (KK 1525) have not heard about. There is a Blossfeldia liliputana var. pedicellata (Ritter) Krainz in The Plant List http://www.theplantlist.org/tpl1.1/s...

Hi Christer, I can't say anything about keeping Lithops in the dark in winter... never tried. But, as Terry wrote - you have to adjust the light levels in spring. They always are a bit sensitive to sudden light exposure. Lithops does well during winter with temperatures between 0 and +5 C. (You can ...
