I have to concur with pretty much everyone else. They are too small, and I would not use them. I keep seedlings in trays until they are happy in at least a square 2" or a round 6cm/2.5" pot.

The "Squares" get my vote too. There are other options for the "Rounds", but a 6" Square would bridge the large jump in pot volume between the 5" and 7" ones.
