The body shape doesn't match with C. subfenestratum, that is much more rounded. These have flat tops.

My first thought was Ophthalmophyllum, but C. subfenestratum may well be correct.

Flowers are much more like Opthalmophyllum than Conophytum (even if they are now considered the same!)
