Hi,
I believe these are all Lobivias (or Echinopsis) but could anyone ID the species for me please.

I'd say maximiliana, hertrichiana and backebergii ssp wrightiana (v. winteriana).

Thank you, lobman, for your reply. Sorry not to have got back before. It seems to be the first of the three plants over which you disagree with Phil.
Shortly after I got it, it produced a large, dark fruit. I thought I had a picture of it, but can't find it. I don't know if that might make a difference to the ID.

Reply delayed by comp probs , yes Tegeleriana is self fertile , ( the only sp to be so ) , and has a large fruit , similar to a gooseberry

Thank you for your reply. Yes, the fruit could have been compared to a large, dark gooseberry. It has never produced one since but I think I will go with tegeleriana.
