Essex Succulent Review now the Cactus and Succulent Review

Post by Sheila »

Hi,

First I've renamed the Essex Succulent Review as the Cactus and Succulent Review. Anyone who read my Editor's notes in the last issue will have been expecting this change. The ESR started out as a Branch newsletter for the Essex Branch of what was then the Cactus and Succulent Society of Great Britain. I've been producing it as an online newsletter since 2014, and I'm delighted to be able to say that I now have readers from all over the world. So, the change of name seems appropriate.

Apart from the name change everything is pretty much the same and the new issue is now available to download from https://www.cactusandsucculentreview.org.uk As always I've included a varied selection of articles which I hope you will all enjoy.

With thanks to all my contributors, subscribers, and everyone who reads it regularly from these posts.

Sheila
A brief peruse prompts the response "WOW". An excellent looking read. Tomorrow is now fully scheduled.
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.

The change in name has definately not resulted in drop in quality. Another excellent read.
