Like a deflated balloon.
I really like G.prochazkianum. This one has gone for the subterranean deflated look, but seems happy enough to flower well. Root like a turnip. This one look closest to habitat photos of the plants I have.

Yes I see what you mean, the plant looks a bit exhausted! Pretty flowers.

I like that Conrad. A plant which I might look to add to my collection if possible. A few of my Sulcos are pretending they're back home in Bolivia, this rauschii in particular in this afternoon's sun.

Very nice rauschii, it's funny, the longer I'm interested in cacti the more those that are practically hidden from view appeal.
