Those plants are clearly getting enough light.
How many of those strip lights do you use for what area of plants? How high above the plants are they?

The LED-strips are placed circa 15 cm from the rim of the pot and circa cc 15 cm apart
But I use fans as well...

During the day it fluctuates between 25 and 27 degrees Celsius. I have fans that regulate. The night goes down to about 15 degrees.
