Sunburst leaves!

Post by JaneO »

I stuck these in some grit when I removed a rosette!

Look tiny root! Didn’t think this was possible!
Question: will it be Sunburst or just plain green?

Any ideas?

I've got an A.lancerottense leaf rooting at the moment but it hasn't yet thrown any growths out.

From my experience with variegated Echeveria, about 1 in 10 will show variegation - I just keep pinching out green shoots that come up until I get a variegated one or they die!

Aeonium, along with Echeverias and Adromischus can sometimes have a rooted leaf that annoyingly doesn't get beyond being a rooted leaf. You'll have to wait and see what happens.
