Knowing the UAT processes, we will have another few months of fixing issues after it goes live - nothing beats "testing in production"

Tina, when you say BOT testing do many board of trustees actually use the Forum or any of the site.

A good question.
I'm sure a few keen testers could be recruited from the forum regulars. Some of whom may even have prior experience in website testing!

Some time ago last year, a request was put out for testers. Some did come forward. Some areas were tested.
