The BoT are not carrying out testing on the new site, a team of testers are, some of whom are trustees, currently testing has only been carried out on the joining and signup process, we are now waiting fixes on that before retesting and hopefully moving on.

Testing other functionalities
shouldn't be blocked by fixing the joining and signup.

It does if some things are a priority and some's things aren't ready for testing, because some issues that have already been highlighted havent been fixed due to the priorities.
