I didn’t know him but I certainly knew of him.

As Suzanne said it’s another good man gone.

David was a kind and generous man. He was fun to be with as I discovered on our trip to South Africa just a couple of years ago, but it’s for his long and dedicated service to the society that he will be remembered for. I will miss him. Condolences to his family.

David was always very helpful as I ran the slide and digital programmes library over the years, and was a good friend of Oxford Branch.
