My early flowers
Pediocactus indraianus, often considered to be P. nigrispinus although quite a distinct appearance and habitat. Nice scent, its as reliable as clockwork but has to be a good size before it flowers.
Pediocactus paradinei, always early but has a habit of aborting its flowers for reasons that escape me.
Pediocactus knowltonii
Acharagma huasteca
Turbinicarpus valdezianus, fit to burst. It has opened that bud now.

Superb
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.

Re: My early flowers
Not sure whether this is an early or late flower. Matucana aureiflora is still inside sheltering from the frosts. It flowers for me mostly during winter, but sometimes outside in summer, perhaps when it gets a good spell of warm nights.
