Mammillarias with flowers

Post by iann »

Starting with the gaudiest one, although perhaps only close up with several seedlings in a pot. M. lasiacantha.

M. perezdelarosae has started to flower. This one has pink flowers although that seems to vary quite a lot.

Its baby brother ssp andersoniana has white flowers, although these usually have a noticeable pink stripe.

Then the most underwhelming of my Mammillarias, M. hahniana. Hopefully it will do better in a few weeks.

Lastly, I like M. carmenae.

Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.
