Dull day but it means the flowers will last that bit longer.

Have a large balanced collection of both cacti and succulents but enjoy growing cristate, monstrose and generally anything a bit weird!

Very handsome. And the flowers are nice, too.

Very nice. I'm sat waiting for a Pegasus flower to fully open, it's just started.

Re: Couple of big ones
Reminds me of my Chinese nephew. When aged 15, he came to visit, and we had a BCSS stand at Caerphilly Big Cheese. We got him behind it, selling such plants, and taught him a handy English phrase "Big Red Flowers, As Big As Your Hand!" to say while gesticulating. I think he sold quite a few.

Re: Couple of big ones
Sorry Edds, I haven't got a name for it.
If I remember correctly my wife got chatting to a bloke who had a whole table of them for sale at one of the shows / marts (we go to so many it's easy to forget) He didn't have many customers so asked her if she like theses sort of plants and when she said yes he just pulled off a leaf and gave it to her!
