Gasteria Sakura Fuji May21.JPG
Here's my Sakura Fuji, originally from Tony, and very appreciated, thanks.

Here's a Sakura Fuji that came from Steve Hammer, looks different to my first one.
Gasteria Satu Satu no Matsu May21.JPG
and here's a Satu Satu no Matsu that I managed to find, not in a great state with a head that's lost its growing point that was hiding around the back of the plant. I think this is the same as Ernie's plant though mine doesn't look as healthy.
There's also a creamy variegated Gasteria that is usually seen as 'Gracilis' that grows much larger and usually has some yellow and green and is fairly freely available.
Gasterias can be quite addictive!

Thanks Stuart. I have checked carefully my plant. No pink tinges to be seen. I believe you have nailed it.

You've done it proud and grown it on well Looks just like my original used to back in the day. Those two good offsets will one day help pay for your travels!

Here's an updated photograph of the plant that started this thread. Photo's taken today. showing both sides. You can see how much it has grown in 21 months(compared to the original photo page 1.). Its speed of growth seems to be gathering pace>

That's promising!

I think I wrote this already somewhere, but it does look great in this "bonsai" pot!

Agreed
The colours of the pot and the pot show empathy for each other.
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.

I love it. I have several gasterias and find them the most undemanding of succulents. They don't need the sun.

Growing a mixed collection of cacti & other succulents; mainly smaller species with a current emphasis on lithops & conophytum.

The plant fits the pot perfectly, would look good at a show though there's no points for 'prettiness' when it comes to judging.
