This is a favourite, Orbea gilbertii . Has a bit of an odour though.

It is very much like. Perhaps more like it than Huernia humilis, presumably a hybrid with Huernia plowesii. Stapeliads.net has this quote for Huernia plowesii:
The anulus opening is pentagonal . Not so in H. humilis.
Cute, whatever the name is.

I get the impression it has not been updated in any way for many years. I have wondered what would happen if I sent them a slightly better photo of Ceropegia crassifolia.
