It was pretty much inaccessible but I know it's a Rebutia heliosa but can't remember the variety!

Sunshades please .... now
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.

Maybe this one below? Anyway, it's stunning! How old could it be?
The variety "condorensis" specifically describes the clones of the species with dark red flowers, and larger heads.

Yes I'm pretty sure that's it Mat. I've had it about ten years or so and it's in a 2" pot. Not a fast grower, at least not for me!

Rebutias can certainly put on a fine display. This was my R. steinmanii on Tuesday.
