Does anyone know more about mentioned webpage? Who / what stands behind it.. anything? It's huge, with vast amount of pics, it's old, it gets more than 15 M visitors per year.. and yet I wasn't able to find much info about it. It seems like it's 'one man band project' (or wonder) so I'm quite curious to learn more...

Curious enough to hire him as a tour guide? Apparently he has done tours of Croatia and other such wild, unexplored regions.

Reading further and according to an email, he has been doing the website for 21 years and he is the only one compiling it. Obviously, many of the pictures are of other people's plants.

He would be thrilled if anyone can supply pictures of caudiciforms that he has not already included or distinct varieties of ones that he has. His email form works and he replied rapidly.

He was very happy that I cleared up some etymologies for him. Thanks for reminding me of the website, AnTTun, I had a very pleasant evening hunting those down. My kind of fun. Bihrmann so often comes up when I do a google search for anything out of the ordinary.
