Thirsty work

Post by MikeT »

I vaguely noticed these 2 plants in flower earlier in the week. Today I took the time to appreciate them. And realised that they were looking rather thirsty. So a return trip with the watering can. Some of the Crassulas benefitted as well. I'm hoping that in a few days they'll look less dehydrated.

PS Don't tell Chris R how I'm treating the Cono

Busted, even I don't grow my few as bad as that and I haven't a clue what I'm doing with them.

Amazing how much difference a drink of water and 48 hours makes.

Noticed my Faucaria loved the sunshine on Friday afternoon, but haven't opened again since because of the cold wet miserable ......
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.
