Wrongly named seed?

Post by Alfran »

Hi
I bought some seed as Aloe Victoria Regina but the resulting plants don't seem anything like the ones I've seen.
Welcome any suggestions as to what they might be.
Thanks

Does look similar to some seedlings I have as A.stricta nana, I have some 2 yr old seedlings of A.vict- reg if you want one ? (PM me).

Tina

Perhaps mine are stricta too or do all agaves start of grass like?

Hi,
Many thanks for your comments. I made a mistake and meant to say Agave VR not Aloe, but as Iann says - they both begin with 'A' :)
Looking at the plant again, with reference books, it does look very much like stricta.
