Greetings from the enchanted part of East Yorkshire

Hello everyone! I'm a new member in the Hull branch and a beginner to growing and caring for succulents. My interest was sparked a few months ago when I started growing lithops from seed. I've since branched out into growing several types of succulents (and a few cacti) that caught my eye in online seed catalogues.
I attended my first branch meeting last night where I received a very warm welcome I received from BCSS members. I was very impressed by the quality of the succulents on the display table and the dedication of the guest speaker who shared his experience of travelling around South Africa looking at native plants.
I'm looking forward to learning more about succulents and how to care for them.
