Oh! I forgot to mention I have a Bio heater/fan set at 7c over winter maybe it needs to be higher but its fine at moment!

7c should be fine, Paul. My Gymnos are in a greenhouse kept at about 6c, and rarely have a problem, but damp could be the culprit.
