This is an amateur talking, so be patient with me.
I have lots of Selenicereus, (apparently!), but it has big thick stems with large white scented flowers. I have a squiggly one just like your picture, but it's never flowered!
Here is a picture -

Is that a Selenecerius? I have it inside as i noticed it doesn't like a lot of sun. It has lots of fresh geen growth, but i've never had a flower.

The other one i have is cuttings from a clients house. Big thick green stems, big white scented flowers at night. The bats seem to like it.

My 5-year old Selenicereus had it's first flower yesterday. What a beauty......
Best regards from the Netherlands.

Did you know you can sometimes buy Selenicereus fruit in the UK? Look up Selenicereus megalanthus...

I once gave a talk to Birmingham Branch, at Winterbourne Garden. The second half of my talk started a little late, as at 1/2 time we all trooped out to admire a Selenicereus grandiflorus flowering in one of their greenhouses. Impressive it was too, and I certainly did not mind taking second place to such a show!
