Another first timer

As I already mentioned, many of my opuntioids have flowered this year. Here's another first-timer for me: Tephrocactus bonniae; ignore the interloping pad on the right! The flower has a wonderfully delicate shade with deeper highlights.

They are beautiful flowers, aren't they?
Sometimes the flowers are more white than pink.
Here is one of my regular performers:
And the spineless clone is different again - the first day the flowers are yellow with some pink, and the next day almost completely pink.

Buds but no open flowers for me as well.

I'm afraid the next picture is going to disappoint you.
2 days later, the flower is almost over, and little colour change - perhaps a bit pinker, but not much.

it appears to be more pink Ralph, or was that the light when the photograph was taken

Pretty plant. I always forget how nice opuntid flowers are.
